RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable European and Romanian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear and unequivocal statement. This may be done either by submitting a return request through your customer account on our website or by contacting us at contact@robertaxente.com.
Requests made after the expiration of the legal withdrawal period cannot be accepted.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, you may submit a request through your customer account by accessing your order history and selecting the relevant item(s), or contact us directly via email.
All returns are subject to prior review and approval. Once your request has been accepted, you will receive detailed return instructions, including packaging requirements and the return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available at the time of purchase. Any additional costs resulting from the selection of a premium delivery option will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and their condition has been verified.
All refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date your withdrawal request has been accepted.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Returns must correspond exactly to the products originally delivered.
The return shipment must be arranged by the customer using a courier service that provides door-to-door delivery and a valid tracking number. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount in cases where items show signs of wear, damage, alteration, missing components, or do not correspond to the original order.
EXCEPTIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items, including garments created following individual consultation
• sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, or bodywear products
• any items explicitly designated as non-returnable in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact us at contact@robertaxente.com without undue delay.
Where applicable, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
