Some products are ready-to-ship, while others are produced after an order is placed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that certain items are created on demand following order confirmation.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including but not limited to cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Romanian Leu (RON) and include VAT where applicable.
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply in accordance with the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment must be completed at the time of order placement using the available payment methods.
By placing an order, you acknowledge the obligation to complete payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND CONTRACT FORMATION
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. The sales contract is formed only when the order has been explicitly accepted and dispatched by us.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or refuse any order prior to dispatch.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver within Romania and to selected European Union countries.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery, as recorded by the courier’s tracking system.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable EU and Romanian consumer protection legislation.

LEGAL WARRANTY
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable European Union and Romanian legislation.
