This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on www.robertaxente.com.
DELIVERY AREAS
We currently deliver within Romania and to selected countries within the European Union.
PRODUCTION AND ORDER PROCESSING
Each piece is created exclusively upon order, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality and a sustainable approach to production.
From the moment an order is placed and confirmed, the creation process begins. Every garment is developed with meticulous attention to detail, material integrity, and refined finishing.
Production may take up to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
Once completed, the order is prepared for dispatch. A confirmation email including tracking details will be sent once the shipment has been released.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The production timeframe refers solely to the creation of the garment and does not include delivery time.
SHIPPING TIME
Once production or order preparation is completed, orders are dispatched via courier.
Romania: delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch. Shipping within Romania is free of charge.
European Union: delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier services or external factors.
CUSTOM DUTIES AND LOCAL TAXES
For deliveries within the European Union, additional administrative charges or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
TRANSFER OF RISK
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier.
DELAYS
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
If delivery is significantly delayed, customers may contact us to request updated delivery information.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:
– For ready-to-ship (non-personalized) items, we may issue a refund minus the direct shipping and handling costs incurred.
– For made-to-order or personalized products, cancellation or refund is not possible once production has begun, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
Re-shipment of returned packages may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly at contact@robertaxente.com.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
LIMITED COLLECTIONS
Certain products may be part of limited collections and produced in restricted quantities. Availability cannot be guaranteed once items are sold out.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be published on this website.
